OF07ZAT G1/4'' DN8 Connection
High-precision oval gear flow sensor, adopting a stable gear measurement structure, suitable for flow measurement of high-concentration liquids such as oil, honey, and milk. It features a high-strength PPS valve body with excellent consistency and long-term stability. It supports G1/4'' threaded connection, flow range 18-300 L/h, clear pulse output signal, suitable for PLC, controllers, and metering systems.

Usage Tips
Ensure there is no rapid pulsation in the medium
Ensure there is no reverse pressure shock
Ensure there is no air in the system
Minimize pressure loss as much as possible
Pay attention to the installation position of the flow meter
The minimum/maximum flow rate should be within the linear range of the selected flow meter
The system should be cleaned regularly
Avoid current peaks
Incorrect wiring of the power positive, signal wire, and ground wire will cause damage to the flow meter
Do not apply mechanical loads to the electrical contacts
Avoid moisture on the electrical contacts
Avoid stray interference through the cable (electromagnetic interference) (do not route the cable in parallel with high-current loads)
Precautions
To prevent particles and debris from entering the product, a filter screen must be installed at the water inlet of the product.
The product must be installed inside equipment or indoors. Do not expose it to outdoor or harsh environments such as dampness and high temperatures for extended periods. The installation must avoid vibrating and shaking environments and applications to prevent affecting the measurement accuracy of the product.
When magnetic materials or materials that generate magnetic force on the product are brought near the product, its characteristics may change.
Do not disassemble the product without authorization to prevent damage. Products that have been disassembled without authorization are not covered by warranty.
If you have not used this type of sensor before, direct substitution may cause incompatibility. Please take note.
Do not use high-speed airflow to blow this product, as it will cause internal component damage and jamming, inaccurate flow characteristics, or no output.
