High precision impeller-type electronic flow meter, suitable for measuring water or liquids with similar viscosity. Features 304 stainless steel valve body with excellent corrosion resistance and long-term stability. Integrated temperature probe for convenient temperature measurement and industrial control functions.

Usage Tips

  • Ensure there are no rapid pulsations in the media to avoid abnormal impeller wear

  • Ensure there is no reverse pressure surge in the pipeline

  • Ensure there is no air in the system — air bubbles affect metering accuracy

  • Design the piping layout properly to minimize pressure loss

  • Pay attention to the flow meter installation position; it is recommended to install it after a straight pipe section

  • Actual flow rate should be within the linear measurement range of 2–45 L/min

  • Clean the piping system regularly to prevent debris from clogging the impeller

  • Avoid current spikes that may damage the sensor

  • Ensure correct wiring of the power positive, signal, and ground lines — incorrect wiring will damage the flow meter

  • Do not apply mechanical loads to the electrical contacts

  • Prevent the electrical contacts from getting damp; ensure connections are properly sealed

  • Route signal cables away from high-current loads to avoid electromagnetic interference (EMI)

Precautions

  • A filter screen must be installed at the water inlet to prevent particles and debris from entering and damaging the impeller.

  • The product should be installed indoors or inside equipment. Do not expose it to outdoor, humid, or high-temperature environments for extended periods. Avoid installing in locations subject to vibration or shaking, as this may affect measurement accuracy.

  • Magnetic materials or devices generating magnetic fields placed near the product may affect the sensor's output characteristics.

  • Do not disassemble the product without authorization. Disassembly may cause seal failure or calibration loss, and such products are not covered by warranty.

  • When using this turbine-type sensor to replace other models for the first time, please verify the compatibility of port dimensions and signal parameters.

  • Do not blow high-speed airflow into the product, as this may cause internal impeller damage or jamming, resulting in inaccurate flow readings or no output.
